Short story of my life 

I always struggle when it comes to doing something useful. It can be just cooking my own lunch instead of buying ready-made food or getting myself to jog or to the gym. When the moment of truth comes to act, I many times fail. My brain just says; don’t do it! My brain shouts to me, there is an easier way, which is not to do anything or find an easier way out of it with zero effort.

But when I follow my brain’s intuition in the moment of truth, I feel like a loser. I didn’t accomplish what I wanted. And I don’t usually even give it a good try! I feel terrible after those moments. 

In this blog I go through some these small and big goals, and try my best to find solutions to accomplish them with the help of the best mental habits out there.
